We require payment at the time you make your reservation.

Prices start at $248.37 for one hour. This includes taxes and fees.
What's the most popular booking?
Our most popular booking is our two hour booking for $304.82.
What is your cancellation policy?
Canceling or rescheduling is free of charge. We simply ask that you make every effort to do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking.
Can I manage my booking myself?
You can log into your account by clicking on Manage My Booking or by giving us a call at 414-333-6332.
Can you keep the kids away from certain violent games?
We will try our best to keep the kids away from games that are requested to stay away from.
Can I request games?
Yes, the game you request we may already have but if not we will try to have it.
Why is my booking pending approval?
All bookings are initially set to pending status so we can verify the internet quality in the area. Please allow up to 2 days for us to approve your request.
How little in advance can I book my appointment?
As little as 2 days in advance.
How far out can I book out?
We go as far as 30 days out.
